To supply and deliver propane on an "as and when" required basis, for the period October 1st 2018 to September 30th 2020, with three, one year mutually agreeable optional

renewals.

Prices bid will be taken from a recognized posting service. The bid MUST INCLUDE copies of the prices posted during this reference period.

Please add a one page summary of an equipment financing and or lease propositions along

with your bid submission. In this summary please include details as per the evaluation

criterion used in Appendix A. Also, please include an equipment catalogue with list

pricing with your bid
