Description
This is the synopsis for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore (IEG) purchase program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 324110.
The fuel procured from this buy will cover various locations in the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore region of the United States. The ordering period is the date of award through March 31, 2027. The delivery period is April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027 with a 30-day carryover. The methods of delivery will be tanker, barge, truck, railcar, and/or pipeline, both FOB Origin and Destination, depending on the specific requirement and location.
