Tender Details

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. The solicitation number is W912L6-26-R-A004 issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 dated October 01, 2025. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov.

3. This solicitation is Full and Open with a small business preference. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 311999, All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing with a standard size of 700 employees and Product and Service Code (PSC) 8945, Food, Oils and Fats.

4. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred or associated with in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-26-R-A004.

5. It is the Government-s intent to award multiple (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for ordering and delivery of Bulk Food Items to multiple Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG)/Oklahoma Air National Guard (OKANG) locations across the state of OK and Fort Chaffee, AR. The BPA will be for a three-year ordering period. The award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Bulk Food Items - Subsistence for the OKARNG without discussion.
