Partial agreement 1: Tractor 1 Partial agreement 2: Tractor 2 The Municipality of Lolland offers two tractors built with rocks called Tractor 1 and Tractor 2. The supplier is responsible for building the individual tractor so that it meets the requirement specification upon delivery. Note that there is physical testing of offered tractors. Testing takes place in 4900 Nakskov, and the supplier must be willing to make tractors available for testing at the land registry. No financial compensation is provided for the supplier's participation in the testing. Transport of tractors is therefore at the expense of the supplier. The offer is divided into 2 partial agreements - one for each tractor. The supplier can submit an offer for one or both partial agreements. • Sub-agreement 1: Tractor referred to as Tractor 1. The tractor is specified in the requirement specification attached as Appendix 1A. The tractor must be delivered fully assembled according to the requirements specification. • Sub-agreement 2: Tractor referred to as Tractor 2. The tractor is specified in the requirements specification attached as Appendix 1B. The tractor must be delivered fully constructed according to the requirement specification. Each partial agreement results in an independent order for one tractor, with the supplier who wins the partial agreement. The same supplier can be assigned to both partial agreements or the partial agreements can be assigned to different ones suppliers. For both partial agreements, delivery of the tractor must take place as soon as possible. A draft delivery agreement for each sub-agreement is attached.
