The first part covers the carrying out of inspections in the areas of structural work (structure, facades, roofs, exterior joinery, etc.), the finishing work (false ceilings, false floors, partitions, coverings, etc.), the stability of special techniques and the exterior surroundings. The second part includes the control mission technical specialist in construction within the framework of acquisitions and/or studies and/or work to carry out various real estate projects within the Committees. Finally, the third part concerns analysis and measurement services in the field of hygiene, health, well-being, prevention and safety in the workplace within the Committees- real estate portfolio.
