Tenders are invited for Building Works Contractor.
The primary objective of this consultancy is to construct two (2) restroom facilities to serve athletes and patrons at the YASCO sporting complex. One (1) restroom will be approximately 1500sqft and located to the Southwest of the track. The other restroom will be approximately 400sqft and located to the East of the track. Both restroom facilities must be handicap accessible and have separate areas for males and females.
The 1500sqft restroom will contain:
• Wheelchair access ramps
• Handicap Toilet Stall (One for each gender)
• Two (2) Showers (For each gender)
• Changing area (One for each gender)
• Five (5) Water Closets (Female)
• Three (3) Urinals and Two (2) Water Closets (Male)
The 400sqft restroom will contain:
• Wheelchair access ramps
• Handicap Toilet Stall (One for each gender)
• Changing Area (One for each gender)
• Three (3) Water Closets (Female)
• One (1) Urinal and Two (2) Water Closets (Male)
SCOPE SERVICES
The scope of services is understood to cover all activities necessary to accomplish the objectives of the consultancy, whether or not a specific activity is cited in these terms of reference (TOR). Specific duties and responsibilities of the Consultant/s include, but are not limited to, undertaking the following:
(a) Review and critically evaluate scope of works, drawings, specifications, dayworks schedules and any other technical supporting document/s deemed necessary to construct the restroom facility.
