Building works in separate contracts necessary for the Technical and thermal rehabilitation of 288 collective housing units - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 rue Léon Lemaire, 2 and 4 Rue Gustave Cantelon in SAINT-QUENTIN Structural work Envelope Electricity Heating - Ventilation - Plumbing Painting - Soft Floors Procedure started according to the provisions of articles R.2123-1 1°, R.2123-4 and R.2123-5 of the Public Order Code. The work is carried out in separate trades and is the subject of a single tranche. The work is taking place on an occupied site. In application of the article L.2112-2 of the CCP, all of the lots include an integration action through economic activity. Free variants (at the initiative of the candidate) constituting an alternative of any kind to the consultation file as well as those constituting a service additional are prohibited. The file does not include any variation or additional service at the initiative of the Project Owner. The contracts are concluded at Mixed Prices, a fixed part (majority) and part of the services at unit prices (minority) which will possibly be ordered by purchase order. The unit price part is concluded without minimum and with a maximum per lot. Prices are subject to review according to the provisions of the CCAP. Estimated start date for work: December 2026.
