Subject of the public contract: Construction of a new artificial turf including EPP flexible underlay intended for outdoor sports fields with use for football - in particular construction incl. necessary landscaping, supply, assembly and installation of lawn and related execution fulfillment. The surface must be completely free of backfill and, thanks to this, with minimal operational maintenance costs and maximum playing comfort. The surface must be intended for use in shoes with spikes and for intensive use with use for public, organized, school and recreational sport. The artificial surface, including the flexible mat, must meet the relevant conditions and parameters of ČSN EN 15330-1 and FIFA BASIC certification. The entire system must consist of a special flexible prefabricated base made of expanded polypropylene EPP with a min. thickness 18 mm and a density of min. 30 kg/m3 (e.g. in puzzle-shaped boards measuring 125x85 cm) and own artificial grass with a blade height of min. 32 mm. The EPP mat must not freeze in winter and must still fulfill its flexible function. Artificial turf must be made up of a combination of at least 3 types of PE fibers. Straight monofilament fiber with Dtex min. 12000/6 must be supplemented with wavy textured and KDK fiber with Dtex min. 5500/1, which fully replaces backfill. The minimum number of injections must be 31, 500 injections/m2. The total weight of the fiber must be min. 3, 200 g/m2 - the total weight of the lawn must be at least 4, 700 g/m2. The minimum water permeability must be 55 l/min/m2 (i.e. min. 3, 300 mm/hour), i.e. rapid drainage of rainwater must be ensured even during heavy rains. The delivery also includes disassembly and assembly lining with embedded and glued lines and the supply and installation of portable football goals, not fixed to the surface.
