Building service works The agreement refers to framework agreements for construction service work for repairs, maintenance work as well as alteration and remodeling work in the Customer's property portfolio. Flooring, heating, ground, sheet metal and tiling work may occur. The assignments consists of planned and urgent works within the Client's property portfolio. The assignments may also include minor new production. The assignments may be carried out in residential apartments and various types of businesses such as business premises and special accommodations. The framework agreement does not cover contracts where the above works are included as part of another contract, such as in the case of new construction, renovation and extension of apartment buildings. Exceptions apply if another contractor who has a framework agreement with the Customers is hired The contractor for the execution of work within another tender, see AFD.35. The scope in detail can be seen from the request documents and from calls for individual assignments. The volume during the total contract period is estimated at approximately SEK 100 million. Indicated volume constitutes no declaration of actual volume that may be called from the framework agreement. The ceiling volume of the framework agreement is SEK 120 million and constitutes the maximum volume that may be called from the framework agreement.
