Description : Name of Project : Procurement of Service for Comprehensive General Pest/Insect & Termite Control Service



I. Scope of Work:



1. Supply of all the needed chemicals, tools, equipment apparatus and accessories, labor, technical supervision and expertise in conducting Comprehensive Pest Control Services, from Basement to 8th floor, including Roof Deck, Offices, Comfort Rooms, Hallways, Lobby, Stairs, cabinets, drainage, parking area and outside perimeter of the Palacio del Gobernador Building, corner A. Soriano Avenue and General Luna Street, Intramuros, Manila, within the following scope of work. Supply of all the needed chemicals, tools, equipment apparatus and accessories, labor, technical supervision and expertise.

2. Monthly structural termite control program, by residual spraying of all wooden parts to control termites and wood borers and prevent their re-infestation.

3. Bi-monthly General Pest Abatement Maintenance Program (GPAMP), for the control of cockroaches, mosquitoes, bugs, flies, and other flying and crawling insects.
