Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the selection of the contractor "Construction No. 44544 Terminal Smíchovské nádraží" based on the documentation for the selection of the contractor prepared by SUDOP PRAHA a.s. with registered office at Olšanská 2643/1a, 130 80 Prague 3, Žižkov, IČO: 257 93 349. This is the construction of the new transport terminal Nádraží Smíchov, which consists of the construction of 3 sub-units: a) the bus station and P+R building, including their connection to Dobříšská Street (unit "A"); b) the platform of the terminal above the track, including it connection to Nádražní street and modification of existing buildings of Smíchovského nádraží (complex "B"); and c) improvement of the forecourt of the railway station (Nádražní street) (property entity "C"); all according to the tender documentation and their annexes ("construction" or "work"). The above units they will form Sections and will be constructed and put into operation gradually. Today, there are two large public transport transfer terminals in the Smíchov area - Smíchovské nádraží and Na Knížecí. The capital city of Prague decided to build one large terminal, Nádraží Smíchov, which will replace the Na Knížecí bus station. The existing Smíchovské nádraží is already one of the most important transfer nodes of the Prague Integrated Transport, but in the future a further significant increase in the importance of this terminal is expected.
