Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the 2nd floor of building No. 4 in the premises of SŠ Rokycany, including replacement of windows and insulation of the facade. During implementation, coordination of the construction part of the reconstruction with individual professions is necessary. Building modifications will lead to layout changes in 2. NP. A new sanitary facility will be built and the door will be moved. In the western part of the second floor, a spacious room called the aula is designed, which will serve as a room for ceremonial gatherings, an auditorium, a conference and lecture room. In the back the part towards the staircase will be a handy cloakroom for the hall. As part of the demolition work, the ceiling above the hall will be demolished and the entire space will be open up to the roof. A new steel escape staircase will be built on the west side of the facade. The proposed reconstruction solves those parts of the existing building No. 4, which had not yet been structurally repaired in previous years, when only the 1st floor was repaired and the roof covering was replaced, including partial insulation of the roof. The total bid price within the limitation may not exceed the value of 13 CZK 500, 000.00 without VAT due to the possibility of financing the contract. Construction work
