The subject of the contract is the execution of the existing retaining stone wall and concrete staircase. The retaining walls are already in a state of disrepair and structural modifications are needed. The stones of the stone wall are already falling out in places due to weathered mortar, in the approach arches the stone wall is bulging and is in danger of collapsing. The stones themselves appear to be usable, but before construction modifications are carried out, the individual stones will be assessed by a specialist supplier supervisor (stone mason) to see if their condition is suitable for return use to create a stone nickname. The new retaining walls will be made of reinforced concrete with two-sided and one-sided stone cladding and a reinforced concrete cornice (cover plate). Foundation on a foundation strip made of concrete with reinforcement. The staircase will be made as concrete from garden concrete steps with underlying concrete. CPV subject: Construction work
