Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction modifications of the kindergarten building no. 4 in Předhradí in order to reduce the energy demand of the building and build social housing. The implementation will take place during partial operation of the object, which means temporary operation kitchen on the ground floor, otherwise the kindergarten will operate in temporary premises. The order will be carried out according to the project documentation under the title "Construction modifications of Kindergarten No. 4 associated with the reduction of the energy demand of the building" drawn up by the company ILBprostav s.r.o., IČO 288 10 180, with headquarters at Na Kopci 316, Mikulovice, 530 02 Pardubice (chief designer Ing. Lukáš Bezdíček) in the month of February 2026. Exterior facades, which are otherwise specified in the PD, will not be the subject of the implementation of the work.
