BUILDING MODIFICATIONS AND EXTENSION OF PART OF THE APARTMENT BUILDING OBJECT NO. 621, OKRUŽNÍ STREET IN K. Ú. ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE 4 - 1ST STAGE The subject of the performance of the public order is the reconstruction and expansion of the building of the apartment building No. 621, Okružní Street on plot No. 1201/32 in the c.ú. Czech Budějovice 4. The subject of the work is the 1st stage of the reconstruction of a building about 40 years old, originally built as an administrative building in an industrial area, which was rebuilt into an apartment building about 21 years ago through construction modifications and a change of use. The building consists of a total of three parts: the entrance part consists of one above-ground floor, to which a single-floor building is attached (parts B and C). Behind the entrance building is a multi-storey building (part A). The work will be implemented in two stages. Currently only the first stage will be implemented. The first stage will include the reconstruction of building B, C, an addition to building B and the demolition of the entrance gate (a building connected to building B), building A is included in the second stage. Part of the first stage will be the overall reconstruction of part of the premises of building B for the use of premises as offices, halls, ambulance, asylum house and entrance hall, and part C for the use of premises as a low-threshold day center and hostel. As part of the reconstruction, the perimeter shell will also be insulated parts B and C of the object. At the same time, the subject of the work is the removal of the entrance gate connected to building B.
