Part 1: The subject of the order is the modernization of the building at ul. Cisowa 27 in the building belonging to Lokum TBS Sp. z o. o., by replacing window joinery and blinds between windows along with insulation. The task concerns the replacement of wooden window joinery with PVC in one-sided golden oak color along with glazing beads, air vents, a warm window package with a frame, handles, coefficient U0.9 W/m2K. Insulation of the building in the places of blinds between windows with EPS 033 thick facade polystyrene. 14 cm along with the construction of a façade imitating wood. The Technical Specification is used as a tender and contract document and its subject is requirements regarding the execution and acceptance of works.
