The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Services for the Building Management System (BMS) Audit (see attached) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to One Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos(P182, 250.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 10 February 2026 at 2:00PM:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit ;
c. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary-s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original Special Power of Attorney .
