The purpose of this contract is the interior transformation and renovation of the roof of the building of the non-profit association Ras El Hanout, located inside the block at 17-19 rue du Ruisseau in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean. It mainly includes the replacement of the roof sloped by an insulated flat roof, the optimization of interior spaces (auditorium, offices, workshop rooms, staircases) and the regularization of certain existing developments.
