Building for an electric boiler plant, Hyvinkää The project will implement a new electric boiler building for the needs of energy production. Electric boiler equipment and related systems will be placed in the building. The object of the acquisition is a new electric boiler building of approximately 400 m² implementation as a construction engineering contract into a finished building. The building contains electric boiler rooms, automation/electrical room and WC rooms. The building is implemented, for example, as a steel frame prefabricated building on concrete foundations. Load-bearing structures are formed of steel columns, steel beams, concrete pads and load-bearing reinforced concrete slab. The facades are implemented with heat-insulated elements and the water roof as a heat-insulated roof structure. The building will have a lift door, roof hatch and internals stair connections. The roof of the building is implemented in accordance with the structural plans, e.g. sheet metal or bituminous roofing. Foundations, tile thicknesses, heat and frost insulation and other structural solutions are implemented in accordance with the structural plans and the establishment method statement in accordance with. The drainage of the building is carried out with drainage and the necessary stormwater arrangements (note: the foundations are carried out in a separate contract). The contract to be procured includes the building, frame, outer shell, water roof, doors, stairs, hatch and other construction and building technical (LVISA) work required for the building to be ready for use.
