Kymenlaakso welfare area support and real estate services Oy (later Kymen Tuki or Acquisition unit) requests your offer for the framework arrangement regarding the design services of the building according to the tender documents. The procurement is divided into the following to sub-assemblies: 1. Architectural and master planning 2. Structural design 3. Substructure planning 4. LVIAE design 5. Electrical design 6. Interior design The tender does not apply to the overall design, only the six mentioned above sub-area. Bidding is carried out using an open procedure, which establishes a framework arrangement for several suppliers. A maximum of seven bidders who have submitted an accepted bid will be selected for each subset. The selection is made by offers according to the comparison criteria. The selection basis for the competition is overall economic affordability and the comparison basis. More detailed information on the scoring and comparison criteria is presented in the Procurement object criteria section of the tender request. Provided several bidders earn exactly the same number of points with their bid, the procurement unit draws the supplier/service provider selected for the framework arrangement. Lottery is an accepted method in the jurisprudence of the Procurement Act. The bidder can bid for one or more to a sub-assembly. Parallel bids, alternative bids or partial bids made within sub-assemblies will not be accepted.
