CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a comprehensive supply arrangement for:-Level 1 Building Conditions Assessment (BCA) services, a visual, non-destructive inspection intended to identify major material deficiencies and deferred maintenance for initial capital planning.-A Level 2 Building Condition Assessment (BCA) may be initiated, based on findings in Level 1 report. This intensive evaluation is designed to offer a more thorough understanding of the facility's current state.An Agreement resulting from this RFSA may potentially be for three years with two irrevocable option(s) to extend for one year period(s).TO OBTAIN THE DOCUMENTATIONCBC/Radio-Canada uses MERX (https://www.merx.com/public/solicitations/open) and from here you can type CBC or Radio-Canada to manage its solicitation process.
