Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details With this call for tenders, the Oulu Tilapalvelut business (and other procurement units of the city of Oulu) is looking for framework contract partners to carry out condition assessments and condition surveys of the Customer's buildings, which includes research plans, condition and indoor air surveys, asbestos and harmful substance surveys, demolition plans and damage surveys. The special requirements of Oulu water have also been taken into account in the procurement. More detailed information about the requirements and the description of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. PARTS Procurement is divided into three areas:1. Fitness assessments 2. (Fitness) examinations3. Concrete testsUNIT HOURLY PRICES For making a condition assessment, a total price is given according to the size class (m2) and type of the building to be assessed. (see section 1)1. General buildings The basis of comparison is the price, and from the acceptable offers, the three (3) most economically advantageous service providers are selected for the sub-area in order of priority. (Fitness) examinations are offered as one separate unit hourly price, which includes:1. Research plans2. Fitness and indoor air surveys 3. Asbestos and harmful substance surveys4. Demolition surveys5. Damage surveys Condition examinations are carried out at an hourly rate and according to the laboratory's price list. The basis of comparison is the price and what is acceptable from the bids, the four (4) most economically advantageous service providers will be selected for the sub-area in order of priority.
