OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The scope of the framework arrangement is construction cleaning services for the Rovaniemi area to properties owned by the city of Rovaniemi when necessary. The scope of the framework arrangement includes:- cleaning during the demolition phase- maintenance cleaning during work- final cleaning - special cleaning - cleaning of site offices and social facilities. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tender and its attachments, especially in appendix 2 "Description of the object of procurement". CONTRACT PERIOD The goal is that the contract period begins in April 2026. The contract is valid until March 31, 2030 at most. See also chapter 6 "Contract period" of the framework agreement in appendix A of the request for tender SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The anticipated estimated value of the framework arrangement is EUR 150, 000-200, 000 (VAT 0%). the maximum value is 200, 000 (VAT 0%). Hansel Oy acts in a consultative role in procurement.
