The order essentially includes cleaning the floors, walls, doors, fixed facilities and the furniture in currently approx. 300 rooms with around 7800 m2 area in different frequencies in the dental clinics, Freiburgstrasse 7 in Bern. The building is geared towards specific use by dentistry. It has a basement (only courtyard wing and part south wing), a ground floor and one (court wing), four (south wing) or five upper floors (north wing). The premises were adapted to the current needs by conversions. Due to the termination of the current contract, building cleaning is publicly advertised. The floor coverings of the rooms are made of different materials, all not textile.
