The contract essentially includes the cleaning of the floors, walls, doors, fixed facilities and furniture in currently around 300 rooms with around 7, 800 m2 of space at different frequencies in the dental clinics, Freiburgstrasse 7 in Bern. The building is for specific usealigned by dentistry. It has a basement (only the courtyard wing and part of the south wing), a ground floor and one (courtyard wing), four (south wing) and five upper floors (north wing). The rooms were adapted to current needs through renovations. Due to the termination of the currentn contract, the building cleaning is put out to public tender. Around 35% of the area is office, laboratory and classroom space, a good 10% is treatment rooms and around 25% is traffic areas. The floor coverings in the rooms are made of different materials, none of them textile.
