The Government of Yukon (YG), as represented by the Department of Highways and Public Works (HPW), Property Management Division (PMD), is seeking proposals for a consultant to prepare a building condition assessment, code review and recommendation with cost estimates for revitalizing, demolishing or selling 305 Lambert (#1210), Whitehorse, YT, (Lot 10 Block 23 Plan 8880 CLSR).

This RFP is a second stage procurement following RFQ-2022-2-1403 REQUEST for QUALIFICATIONS Consultant Services for Building Development for the Building Assessment Area of Expertise. Only Proponents that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process or any subsequent onboarding process released under the same terms can submit a Proposal on this RFP.
Any Potential Proponent who is not pre-qualified at the Closing Time of this RFP, will not be considered for this procurement.
