The City of Pasadena Planning & Community Development Department, Building and Safety Division is seeking the services of qualified professional consulting firms to submit proposals to provide on-call plan review and supplemental services for public and private projects. The successful Consultant will be responsible for conducting plan reviews related to development review in compliance with the California Building Standard Codes, Pasadena Municipal Code, California Fire Code and all other State, local, and applicable laws. The consultant must have significant experience in building construction and building codes, high quality plan review services, and the ability to meet plan review turnaround times.
