Nav Vestfold and Telemark will acquire a specialized and practical course that will give registered users the opportunity to qualify for work in the construction industry. The course will offer the participants an introduction to various fields of study, introduction to practical skills and principles, as well as making it possible for the individual to expand their network towards the industry and build up opportunities in the labor market. In addition, the course will give the individual an overview of their own competence and map it out opportunities for further qualification towards a vocational certificate. A framework agreement over 2 years is to be acquired, with the possibility of extension for a further 1 + 1 year. The agreement applies to registered jobseekers in the target group in the Vestfold and Telemark area. Course locations divided into two areas. Bidders can submit bids for one or both areas. Subcontract 1: Area 1 Vestfold, with course location Sandefjord or Tønsberg Subcontract 2: Telemark, with course location Grenland (Skien, Porsgrunn or Bamble).
