Building 23 and cooling engine room - performance of the TDS function and health and safety coordinator The subject of the public contract is the provision of services for the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") and the health and safety coordinator during the implementation of the work during construction: - Building 23 - Reconstruction and extension of the emergency room and the ARIM department - marked in the PD project - 0th stage - B23 - Urgent reception - rotating station - Building 23 - Reconstruction and extension of the emergency department and the ARIM department marked in the PD project - 1st stage - B23 - Northern extension - Central source of cold Implementation of the provision of Services will take place in 2 phases: a. Implementation phase - from the moment the Site is handed over to the Contractor until the handover and acceptance of the work, or until the removal of the last defect from the acceptance procedure of the work, if there were any detected (including), or until the approval decision becomes final, depending on which the fact occurs later; b. The phase of providing services during the warranty period of the work - from the handover and acceptance of the work, or from the removal of the last defect from the acceptance procedure of the work, if any were detected.
