The peace river regional district (prrd) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the purpose of providing a browser-based software solution for operating and capital budgeting/financial planning information system in a british columbia regional district setting.
a copy of the request for proposal is available on the bc bid website www.bcbid.bc.ca search for document #14-2020.
proposals clearly marked "rfp 14-2020 budgeting & financial reporting software" will be received by the peace river regional district at [email protected] until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on march 25, 2020. Proposals received after the specified time will be returned to the proponent.
each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the rfp documents, including any addenda issued during the rfp period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the quote, before the quote is submitted.
proposals will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references, completeness of the proposal, price and other factors as determined by the regional district.
the regional district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities at its own discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted and the regional district reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent.
