The 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service to repair boiler gas valves (6).
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to replace six (6) gas control valves located in buildings B1005 and B1007. All replacement parts must be new, unused, and non-refurbished. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 14 May 2026.
2. Acquisition Details:
Methodology: This requirement will result in a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
Set-Aside: This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Size Standard: $19 Million
Period of Performance: 60 calendar days after receipt of award.
