Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Bangsamoro Sports Commission, intends to procure Sports Equipment in accordance with Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Four Hundred Ten Thousand (Php 410, 000.00).
Please quote your best offer for the item/s described herein, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the last page of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit your quotation duly signed by your authorized representative not later than February 26, 2026, 10:00 a.m. at the Bangsamoro Sports Commission Office of BARMM, 2nd Floor Carumba Bldg., Jupiter Street, RH-9, Cotabato City. Quotations may also be submitted through facsimile or email at the address and contact numbers indicated below.
A copy of your Business/Mayor-s Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number is also required to be submitted along with your signed quotation/proposal. A valid Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) may be submitted in lieu of the Mayor-s/Business Permit.
