DIRECTION OF VIEW OR DEGREES, VIEWING ANGLES OF 90 DEGREES INTERIOR DIAMETER OF 1.5 MM MAXIMUM, MAXIMUM OUTER DIAMETER OF 4 MM USEFUL LENGTH OF 65 CM MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH COMPONENTS OF THE TORRE, BRAND: KARL STORZ. - ARTICLE 120. - Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for in accordance with Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree No. 74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated 17 September 2001, a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%) will be sanctioned for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The Terms and Conditions and the Construction and Supervision of Public Works Contract must contain the clause sanctioning. This same provision must also apply to purchases made through electronic catalogue.
