Tender Details

6.1 The subject of the order is the broadcast of films about projects implemented from European Funds in Masovia, produced by the Ordering Party. The service will consist in broadcasting 6 films, i.e. broadcasting 2 45-second spots. and 4 films 1.5-4 minutes long. The broadcast is to take place in the following media and their carriers: 1) broadcast of 2 45s spots. on streaming platforms (OTT Over-the-Top advertising activities);2) broadcasting 2 45s spots. on the YouTube platform (including Connected TV devices);3) broadcasting 2 45s spots. and 4 films in length 1.5-4 min. in cinemas located in the Masovian Voivodeship;4) broadcast of 2 45s spots. in the metro (i.e. 2 spots on HD TV screens in the metro and 1 spot on the LiveLine transit format);5) broadcast of 2 45s spots. on LCD screens in fitness salons. To the task The Contractor is responsible for: 1) developing a schedule/media plan for broadcasting films on all media in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements; 2) purchasing media; 3) adapting the formats of spots and films to the media and broadcasting them on all required dates on the specified dates. media; 4) ongoing monitoring of the broadcast schedule.
