The contracting entity requested a tender for leadership and development consulting 2024-2032 (DPS) for internal tendering in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. Cost -saving program In several stages, the first phase was planned to be implemented in autumn 2024 - Winter 2025. The procurement was described in detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The acquisition focused on providing YLE's change security services throughout the cost savings program.
