The subject of the public contract is architectural, construction, technical and inspection services aimed at making the necessary levels of project documentation, providing building permits, author's supervision and other related services for the implementation of the Brno event - reconstruction of the building with laundry - Conditions of drawing investment support NPO 2/2022 Reducing the energy performance of buildings of the organizational units of the state and applications for subsidies from the NPO 2/2022, including all the annexes to the application, so that the subsidy is not at risk for any reason. The Contractor further incorporates all elements to fulfill the obligation to ensure energy management (hereinafter "EM") and recording energy consumption according to the rules for the applicant and the beneficiary of the support. Ie. Substantiated meters for recording energy consumption for heating, energy consumption for lighting, hot water consumption and energy consumption for cooling. The Contractor also incorporates all safety features and the necessary low -voltage wiring according to the requirements of the security and communication technologies to maintain the security standard into the subject of the work.
