Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis and solicitation of the quoted item; no additional request for quotes and/or request for solicitation will be issued.
This procurement is being solicited as a sole source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 513210 (Software Publishers) with a size standard of $47 Million. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR part 13. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.
