New components, not reconditioned or remanufactured. Medical grade materials. Full and proven compatibility with the corresponding fan. Presentation in kit complete, ready for installation. Individual packaging that guarantees integrity and protection against contamination. - ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for in accordance with Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the Law of State Contracting, contained in Decree No. 74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette “La Gaceta” dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract.
