The subject of the order includes deliveries of bread and breadcrumbs to the Prison in Hrubieszów. Ordinary bread (cut and packed in a foil package of 150 grams) 30, 000 kg, breadcrumbs 320 kg. The ordered assortment must be fresh, of good quality, free from defects, with expiration date allowing it to be stored for a period of at least 3 days from the date of delivery in the case of bread and at least 1 month in the case of beech crumbs, to the Ordering Party's registered office. Each label must necessarily contain the following data: name of the food, data on the ingredients present in the food, quantity of specific ingredients, net weight, gross weight, dates of minimum durability or best-before date, special storage conditions or conditions of use, information on the value nutrition. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of the subject of the order: a) but not more than 30%, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect, b) more than 30% in the event of failure to deliver within the time specified in contract.
