1) The City Government of Mati, through the Continuing Appropriation 5% DRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Brand New 6-wheeler 14ft Mobile Kitchen. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mati now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using. Delivery of the Goods is required One Twenty (120) days after the receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
