Description
1) This Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for a Brand Name Only Marport TRAWL MONITORING SYSTEM in accordance with the attached solicitation.2) The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0224Q0080 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).3) Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror whose quote best satisfies the salient characteristics. The quote with the lowest price will be reviewed first and if that quote is found to be technically unacceptable, the next lowest quote will be reviewed and etc. To be considered technically acceptable, offeror shall provide technical brochures or detailed specifications. These technical brochures or specifications must demonstrate the proposed equipment meets or exceeds all of the minimum characteristics listed above. All vendors must quote Authentic, Manufacturer certified/warranted products in original, intact manufacturer's packaging, no "Gray Market", counterfeit, or resale items shall be considered.4) This solicitation is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The associated NAICS Code sis 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical Systems and Instrument Manufacturing.5) A copy of this solicitation may be accessed by clicking "Attachments/Links".6) All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes are contained in this solicitation and shall be adhered to.7) All questions and quote must be emailed to Travis Herberholz at therberholz@usgs.gov.
