Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the NIST requirements and clarify the specific software license required.
An error was identified in Amendment P26001, which included Questions and Answers that inadvertently referenced the incorrect software license for vendors to quote in response to the requirement. This amendment corrects that information and provides clarification regarding the applicable NIST requirements and the software license to be included in vendor quotations.
The solicitation is now open for updated or new quotes through 12 AM on 9/18/2026. For previous responses, if no update is received NIST will evaluate the existing response against the revised requirements
All other requirements and provisions of the solicitation remain unchanged unless specifically revised by this amendment.
