Amendment 001: The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the offeror due date to 9/5/2025 at 9:00PM PST.
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Puget Sound intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for BRAND NAME NEOGRAF SOLUTIONS GASKET SHEETS. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Subpart 19.5 - Small Business Total Set-Asides, Partial Set-Asides, and Reserves, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
