NAICS 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The proposed contract action is to provide the brand name Getinge Countertop Ultrasonic Model 1100 with installation. The Government intends to solicit from only one source using the procedures under RFO 12.102, Soliciting from a single source. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to [email protected] no later than 10:00 AM EST, 12 August 2026. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. Â

(a) Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts) for VA Medical Centers. No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable. Â

(b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. Â
