The bureau of the fiscal service (bfs), on behalf of the office of financial research (ofr), and financial stability oversight council (fsoc) and in support of the departmental offices (do) is soliciting a firm-fixed-price request for quote (rfq) for brand name corelogic or equal datasets and web access tool.
This solicitation 20341519q00002 is a revised solicitation which replaces canceled solicitation 20341519q00001 that was closed in december 2018.
This solicitation serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation.
The aforementioned requirements will be provided for a corelogic or equal for the products listed below. The government will retain the right to add additional datasets to the resulting contract as they come to market and the basis for a requirement is established:
1. Loan level mortgage analytics data or equal
2. Home price index (hpi) data or equal
3. Housing market (hm) data or equal
4. Loan and portfolio valuation modeling or equal
5. Additional requirements to include:
a. Updates
b. Level of access
c. Data delivery standardization
d. Documentation and assistance for data
e. Training/help desk support
f. Delivery method(s)
the itemized datasets product list is found on attachment a - pricing sheet.
The contractor shall provide the same level of help desk assistance provided to its commercial customers.
Please note: the anticipated period of performance for the base period of this requirement is from award for a 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods. Any optional quantity of the separately priced line item(s) may be ordered in any quantity and at any time during any active period of performance.
All option periods of performance and optional quantities shall be processed by contract administration through a standard form 30 to modify the contract as required by the requesting agency.
