The project and tender include total renovation and rebuilding of Kildeparken 27-177 & Kjærgårdsvej 13 A-F, 6740 Bramming. All 111 homes are affected to a greater or lesser extent and after renovation and remodeling, the department will have 16 accessible homes. The development consists of terraced houses with their own garden. The homes were built in different time periods (1980-87.) The builder's target price for total contract costs is DKK 97 million. incl. VAT cf. clause of the tender conditions 3.2.
