This solicitation is being issued under SEPA-EAF Authority.
This amendment was issued to remove the small business set aside on thissolicitation to allow additional offerors. Clause 52.219-6 has been deleted.This solicitation is being issued under SEPA-EAF authority now, and theappropriate remark was included above. The
new date of closure is 14 APR 2026.
Other than 52.219-6, all other clauses and provisions remain intact.

1. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,
Delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are
considered to be "issued" by the government when copies are either deposited
in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce
methods, such as email. The government's acceptance of the contractor's
proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as
detailed herein.
