Braine l'Alleud A.R. Riva Bella - Clos du Genévrier 1 - 1420 Braine-l'Alleud - Renewal of the fire detection installation of the Les Genévriers building (Works) and omnium type maintenance contract (service). The work concerns the renewal of the fire detection installation and in more detail, it is requested: - The dismantling of the entire existing fire installation including wiring, tubing, trunking, central, repeater, detectors, push buttons, sirens, etc. - There supply, installation of tubes (Reinforced halogen-free M20 to M50 and galvanized TAL M20) and halogen-free trunking/moldings; - The supply and installation of XGB 3G1.5mm² and/or 3G2.5mm² wiring (fire control panel power supply, access control system, power supply for retainers and suction cups), halogen-free FR2 cables with a section of 2x0.9 mm² to 2x2.5 mm² (Sirens), X-pair faradized, fire-resistant cable for connection between the repeater panel and the fire alarm center; - Supply and installation a central unit with external printer, a repeater, + telephone remote transmitter including GSM module; - The supply and installation of optical detectors with 3-color LED coding; - The supply and installation of red push buttons with plexiglass cover ; - The supply and installation of sound warning devices (Sirens) with visual effects; - The supply and installation of 2 code keypads and multi-technology autonomous badge reader, as well as a programmable clock, digital dial and other electrical equipment with a view to creating an access control system; - The creation of servo-controls (via addressable control modules) for: • Cutting off the heating motive force...
