Description
This is a Sources Sought notice for domestically manufactured products only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Per the Buy American Act and Executive Order 14005, the National Institutes of Health-s Clinical Center (Program) is seeking information for domestically manufactured products only, Per the requirements under the Buy American Act and requirements relating to Executive Order 14005 entitled: “Ensuring the Future is Made in All of America by All of America-s Workers”, in the event that a nonavailability waiver request submitted through the Made in America Office (MIAO)-s Digital Waiver Portal is required. Respondents must certify in capabilities statement that products are manufactured in the United States.
The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all U.S manufactured products that are equal to the following product:
Brain Products EEG system:
Required products:
-A 64 channel live amp EEG system compatible with the NIH-s existing BrainVision software, accessories, and associated cabling.
-2 actiCAP slim 32-channel bundle kits and associated cables and adapters.
- 64 channel EEG caps with grommets for ActiCap Slim electrodes in sizes: 54, 56, 58, and 60.
-A LabSim set and associated accessories for signal troubleshooting
Minimum Specs:
-Sampling rate: up to 1kHz (32ch) and 500Hz (64ch)-Wireless data transmission: 2.402-2.480 GHz ISM band-Radio frequency output power: Max. 13 dBm (approx. 20 mW)-Wireless transmission range: Up to 10m indoor and 30m outdoor-Ability to record peripheral measures with EEG
