The Wpca Is Seeking Expressions Of Interest From Suitable Businesses And/Or Consortia For Five Opportunities Related To Telecommunications Assets And Services (Opportunities)The Results Of This Eoi Process Will Inform The Wpca-S Decision To Proceed To A Final Procurement Stage For A Single Package Or Packages Of Opportunities Involving A Request For Proposals (Rfp). This Eoi Is An Information Gathering Process In Which The Wpca Seeks To Collect Information In Relation To Five Opportunities.
